To introduce an interdisciplinarity, ECTS compliant Certificate in Rural Development (CRD) program at lead Western Balkan Higher Education Institutions (HEIs);

Establish Center for Rural Extension (CRE) at lead Western Balkan Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) wich support CRD program and outreach activities;
